About us

Family home Kristina is located in Karlovac on a quiet street, close to the city center. We are 5 km away from the Zagreb-Rijeka-Split highway.

The home can accommodate 20 residents in single bed, twin bed and triple bed rooms adapted to mobile, less mobile and immobile persons.

Home is surrounded by a large garden which is an ideal place for a walk and rest. Along with home-made food and fresh air, you'll find that the style of living here is the one old age expects and deserves.

A young and experienced team of health professionals, including a nurse, caregivers and a senior physiotherapist, takes care of the people living in our home, and it is ensured that the family doctor visits the home regularly.

We serve all residents quality home-made food adapted to their health condition and special needs (classic diet, lower calorie diet, diabetic diet...). Our residents are provided with a minimum of 5 meals a day ( 3 main meals and 2 snacks ) as well as with drinks ( water, tea, coffee, cappuccino... ).

Our professional medical staff takes care of our home's residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in accordance with the instructions of a general medicine doctor, specialist doctor and abiding by all standards of the medical profession.
